THREE O’CLOCK MEMBERSHIP

The 3H Membership program (THREE O’CLOCK Membership) is for all customers who use products/services at THREE O’CLOCK. With attractive incentives and special annual gratitude programs, by joining 3H Membership, you will have the opportunity to experience the best benefits when going to a coffee shop.

1. 3H MEMBER REGISTRATION

To register for 3H Membership, customers simply need to download the THREE O’CLOCK COFFEE app from the App Store (iOS) or CH Play (Android), log in with their personal phone number, and freely experience features such as tracking accumulated points, redeeming rewards, reviewing orders, and updating news from THREE O’CLOCK.

2. SPENDING POINTS AND MEMBER RANK ASSESSMENT

  • Spending points are the total amount of money that members have spent at THREE O’CLOCK stores, used to assess the member level.

  • Spending points are only activated when customers have completed the membership registration step and made their first order at THREE O’CLOCK. For the system to record accumulated spending points, customers need to provide their member phone number to the cashier for entry each time they make a payment at any THREE O’CLOCK store.

  • Member levels are ranked from low to high and will be updated based on spending points as follows:

    • New Member – Spending points under 5,000,000 VND
    • Silver Member – Spending points from 5,000,000 VND or more
    • Gold Member – Spending points from 8,000,000 VND or more
    • VIP Member – Spending points from 12,000,000 VND or more
  • Customers need to have at least 1 order generated each year to maintain their current membership level. Membership levels may be reduced by 1 level from the following year if customers do not have any orders generated at the store during the year. Accordingly, spending points are also reset to the minimum value of the corresponding membership level.

3. MEMBER BENEFITS

  • To apply benefits, customers need to provide their member phone number to the cashier for entry each time they make a payment at any THREE O’CLOCK store.
  • Customers who become 3H Members will receive a 2% refund of the total value of each successfully paid order to their accumulated points.
  • Accumulated points are used to redeem rewards, hunt for Gift Vouchers, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The reward redemption function is activated when customers reach the Silver/Gold/VIP Member level.
  • Accumulated points will be reset to 0 after December 31st every year for Silver/Gold/VIP Members. Accumulated points are retained for New Members until the reward redemption function is activated.
  • Customers who reach Silver/Gold/VIP Member levels receive corresponding discounts of -10%/-12%/-15% on drinks on each order and a -10% discount on cakes on their birthday month.

4. OTHER TERMS

  • Each phone number can only register 1 membership account for 1 unique customer. The membership level and accumulated points of this account cannot be transferred or combined with another account.
  • Member customers can only choose 1 of the current promotions to apply to each order.
  • THREE O’CLOCK is committed to protecting customers’ personal information. We do not disclose or provide information to unrelated third parties. We do not use information for purposes other than customer care.
  • THREE O’CLOCK reserves the right to change and adjust the terms and conditions to suit operational tasks. New and adjusted policies will be updated and announced on the website, THREE O’CLOCK COFFEE app, and other THREE O’CLOCK media channels before officially taking effect.
  • Member customers are responsible for keeping track of the latest information about the program and any changes to the terms and conditions (if any) to be able to use their membership benefits in the most optimal way.
